YogBhava offers progressive, contemplative, lineage-rooted practices of traditional yoga, healing arts, and mentorship that honour creative expression as a way of living, sensing, and relating. The practice invites a gentle yet profound return to embodied awareness through intentional movement, trusting breath for thought mapping, stillness, and creative perception.

Rooted in Sanātana Vedic wisdom and shaped through lived practice, YogBhava supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, self-discovery, emotional healing, and sustained inner coherence. These practices guide practitioners toward a more attuned relationship with themselves and the world around them, supporting greater steadiness, clarity, and ease in daily life.

Guided by the wisdom of the Haṭha Yoga Pradīpikā, YogBhava approaches yoga as a spiritual discipline that seeks to harmonise solar and lunar energies within the body, mind, and spirit. This is cultivated through traditional and adapted āsana, breath mapping, energetic discovery through art, and meditation grounded in the power of intention.

Practices unfold at a slow, attentive pace, allowing breath, movement, sound, and stillness to settle into awareness. YogBhava is accessible to all bodies and backgrounds and does not require prior yoga experience, only a willingness to slow down, listen inwardly, and arrive.

Complementing movement and meditation, the YogBhava Art Gallery features original meditative artworks created as visual anchors for reflection and energetic balance within living and practice spaces. Live music meditation sittings further enrich the work, drawing on Indian classical music traditions and raag shastra to offer a lineage-based practice of deep listening and shared presence.

This is the art of yoga beyond performance or achievement.
It is a practice of listening, integration, arrival, and continuity.

Meet Nina Buddhdev, founder of YogBhava

YOGA PROFESSIONAL • CULTUREPRENEUR • INTERDISCIPLINARY ARTIST • MENTOR

Yogic educator, interdisciplinary artist, and guardian of Indus Valley rooted Vedic wisdom.

Nina Buddhdev was born into yoga as a way of living, sensing, and relating. Her education is inherited, lived, and continuous. It has been shaped through lineage, daily embodiment, and disciplined observance.

With over 25 years in the Healing Yogic Arts, Nina's teaching is deeply alignment focused for layered integration through the layered body mind and Atma, Soul. She is committed to meeting students where they are and guiding them toward their potential through integrated wisdom that encompasses asana, philosophy, nervous system insight, relational wisdom and energetic awareness.

Our Approach

Through traditional and adapted āsana, breath visualization, open-eye meditation, and subtle energetic inquiry, YogBhava supports:

  • Nervous system regulation and emotional balance

  • Inner coherence as tension softens and the body moves from the inside out

  • Resilience and self-understanding that brings greater ease to daily life

Each practice integrates precise body placement with prāṇa- and dhyāna-centered focus, creating a heart-centered, expressive experience. Drawing on knowledge of the nervous system, vāṇī (speech), vartan (behavioral pathways), nāḍīs, ghāṭis, vision, and cakra awareness, you're supported in experiencing each āsana as a personal state of being—your unique bhāva.
