Sustained through the pillars of Lineage & Vedic wisdom

YogBhava is accessible to all bodies and backgrounds and does not require prior yoga experience, only a willingness to slow down, listen inwardly, and arrive. Each class supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, self-discovery, environmental alignment, emotional healing, and sustained inner coherence.

This is cultivated through traditional and adapted āsana, breath mapping, energetic discovery through the power of intention. Practices unfold at a slow, attentive pace, allowing breath, movement, sound, and stillness to settle into awareness.

YogBhava supports:

  • Nervous system regulation and emotional balance

  • Inner coherence as tension softens and the body moves from the inside out

  • Resilience and self-understanding that brings greater ease to daily life

  • Experiencing each āsana as a personal state of being—your unique bhāva.

Each practice integrates precise body placement with prāṇa- and dhyāna-centered focus, creating a heart-centered, expressive experience. Drawing on knowledge of the nervous system, vāṇī (speech), vartan (response pathways), nāḍīs & ghāṭis, (communication channels) , and cakra (energy centre) awareness.

Welcome to YogBhava

With over 25 years in the Healing Yogic Arts, Nina's teaching is deeply spiritual focused for layered integration through the Mana - emotional body and Atma, soul. She is committed to meeting students where they are and guiding them toward their potential through integrated wisdom that encompasses asana, philosophy, nervous system insight, relational wisdom and energetic awareness. Nina Buddhdev was born into yoga as a way of being, her education is formal and most prpoufoudly inherited, lived, and continuous. It has been shaped through lineage, migration, personal challenge, daily embodiment, a return, and disciplined observance. From young age, Nina has explored 'Yogic Living' as a persona power by the pratices of
AntarNaad - The inner soul conversation through sound, YogKala - Ones unique creative perception, YogAyur - Conscious living through Vedic yogic wisdom and self care.

Your home for transformative living, elevated relationships & holistic wellbeing.
YogBhava draws from progressive, contemplative, lineage-rooted traditions, the healing arts of yoga, informed movement, and mentorship. We honour the living inheritance of oral knowledge and guiding principles, while making space for our own creative expression, our Bhava, as a way of living, sensing, and relating. This is the art of being yoga: a practice beyond performance, episodic experience, trend, hype, or social measure. It is an integrated way of living~of listening deeply, arriving fully, trusting the true self, and cultivating continuity between practice and life.

YogBhava is an invitation to return to what is essential: to inhabit the body, deepen our relationships, and meet life with greater awareness, presence, and authenticity.

Complementing movement and meditation, the YogBhava Art Gallery features original meditative artworks created as visual anchors for reflection, presence, and energetic balance within living and practice spaces.

Through YogKala, our meditative drawing practice, we explore the relationship between breath, prāṇa, attention, and visual expression. Incorporating breath-led visualization, open-eye meditation, and subtle energetic inquiry, participants are invited to translate their inner dialogue into marks, forms, and textures on paper.

What if drawing could become a way to slow down, breathe, observe, and reconnect with yourself?

Through simple tonal drawing practices, we explore line, shape, value, space, texture, and movement, allowing the page to become a visual journal of concentration and inner observation.

There is no expectation to create a perfect image or produce art for performance. Instead, the practice invites us to notice what emerges when we become quiet enough to see, breathe, and respond.

YogKala is drawing as meditation—an embodied creative practice where observation becomes expression, and the page becomes a place to arrive.

YogBhava Gallery invites a gentle yet profound return to embodied awareness through intentional movement, trusting breath for thought mapping, stillness, and creative perception. Guided by the wisdom of the Haṭha Yoga Pradīpikā, YogBhava nurtures the five human Bhavas.

The Healing Arts Intiative, Live music meditation sittings, classicla movement and art meditations further enrich the YogBhava experience, drawing on the traditions of Indian classical music and Rāga Śāstra to offer a lineage-rooted practice of deep listening and shared presence.

Traditional Indian classical music carries an ancient understanding of sound as a pathway to awareness. Through Raga Sadhana, we enter into an immersive listening experience guided by guru-trained practitioners from The Bandish Network, allowing the unfolding of rāga to become a practice of stillness, attention, and connection.

Rather than simply listening to music, participants are invited to experience sound as movement—felt through the body, breath, and subtle dimensions of awareness. The sustained frequencies, tonal relationships, and contemplative quality of rāga create a space for deep listening and inward attunement.

Each sitting becomes an opportunity to slow down, listen more deeply, and cultivate a more intimate relationship with oneself and the world around us—supporting greater steadiness, clarity, presence, and an integrated sense of wellbeing.
